I can’t recommend the team highly enough! I had a difficult clearance in terms of the volume and variety of items that the tenants had left behind. Roy checked out everything in advance and gave very clear details on fees, how it might change if extra items had to be taken and did everything amazingly quickly, with phots before during and after. There’s also a full environmental breakdown of how things are disposed of, and they’ll give as much as possible to charities so things can be reused by people who need them, rather than just adding more to landfill.
